WNS series steam boiler is a kind of horizontal fire-tube gas-fired steam boiler. The combustion chamber is surrounded by an interlayer water jacket. The upper part of the combustion chamber is arranged with a dense fire tube and equipped with advanced combustion devices. When the gas steam boiler operation and burned, the fuel is fully burned out in the combustion chamber, and the high-temperature flue gas enters the dense fire tube for further heat release. And then collects in the smoke chamber for further heat release and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

During operation, it is necessary to check whether the power supply voltage of WNS series boiler is normal, whether the burner’s performance is normal, and whether the parts are in good condition. Check whether the feed pump is up to the pump start condition, check whether the water softener is normal. Check whether the boiler safety accessories (safety valve, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge) are in good condition and have good performance. Check whether the gas pressure meets the ignition pressure requirement. Check whether the boiler is equipped with the relevant instruments, instruments are complete, good performance. Check that the boiler blowdown valve is closed.

The gas steam boiler operation is simple. After the comprehensive inspection and confirmation, open the boiler vent valve, so that the air in the boiler can be discharged. Start the feedwater pump, and pour the treated softened water into the boiler. When the boiler water level rises to the normal level, close the feedwater pump and feed water valve, and observe whether the water level decreases after the water level in the furnace is stable. Start the burner to ignite, and observe the burning flame. Under normal conditions, the flame periphery is light blue, the middle layer is light orange, the flame is straight and evenly distributed, and the smoke exhaust should be invisible to the naked eye during normal combustion. Adjust the combustion pressure, air volume and damper, observe and test the combustion condition, adjust the air excess coefficient.

When the water temperature of the first test firing of this series gas fired boiler reaches 80℃, the heating should be suspended and the abnormal sound should be observed. If the water level in the boiler rises beyond the maximum water level, the water level can be reduced by sewage. When the open vent valve emits steam, close the vent valve, when the pressure reaches 0.1mpa, flush the water level gauge, and when the air pressure rises to 0.2mpa, check the manhole and other connecting parts for leakage. When the pressure in the furnace increases gradually, observe whether there is any abnormal situation in each part of the boiler. If there is any abnormal situation, stop the furnace immediately for inspection, and then continue to operate after troubleshooting. After all parameters and indexes of the boiler are normal, make regular inspection, closely observe the changes of parameters and make original records.

When used for the first time, there is no water inside WNS series gas boiler. Switch on the power switch and put the feed water selector switch on the “manual” position. The feed water pump shall be operated to supply water to the boiler. In the process of feeding water, after the indicator light of low water level is off, put the “feed water” switch on the “automatic” feed water state, and the feed water pump will stop automatically when the feed water reaches the normal water level. During operation, if the water level drops to the water level, the feed pump will work automatically to ensure that the water level is within the specified range.

Gas steam boiler operation is easy and fast. When the water level in the boiler is below the low water level, the low water level indicator lights up and the buzzer starts to alarm, reminding the staff to check the reason. When the water level continues to fall to the ultra-low water level, and the level gauge can see the water level, there is no need to stop the furnace, start the pump water supply, if the boiler is seriously short of water, the boiler will automatically stop working, if the water supply selector switch in the “automatic” state, the feed pump is no longer working, to ensure that the boiler in the state of serious water shortage no longer to the boiler water supply.
