Coal Fired CFB Hot Water Boiler Introduction
This series of boilers are mainly composed of furnace, cyclone separator, return valve and rear convection flue. The furnace is equipped with membrane water-cooling wall, the middle part of the boiler is cyclone separator, and the tail shaft flue is arranged with energy saving device, and the lower part of energy saving device is arranged with air preheater.
The combustion equipment mainly includes coal feeding device, air distributing device, slag discharging device, secondary air device and ignition system.
The boiler is suitable for indoor and semi – open layout. Using CFB combustion technology, the separated flue gas passes through the steering chamber, the high temperature energy saver, low temperature energy saver and the first and second air preheater are discharged by the tail flue.

High temperature cyclone separator
High efficiency, wear resistance, separation efficiency ≥ 98%, effectively improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler thermal efficiency.
Large furnace design
- Large furnace, low velocity design; the application of wearproof tube technology, reducing erosive abrasion;
- Extend the residence time of coal particles in the furnace so that the coal can be fully burned.
Bell jar type hood
Adopt bell type hood to distribute air averagely and avoid fuel reverse to wind chamber.
Low bed pressure operation
By particle optimization, the operating bed pressure can be decreased to 3500 Pa, which effectively saves operating costs and greatly reduces the oxynitride generated.
