At this time, the fuel circulation oil pump of the oil-fired boiler stops working, and the coal in the furnace continues to burn. If the oil temperature rises, the boiler oil temperature continues to rise. If it falls too quickly, it will coke in a short time, causing fire due to overheating and thermal explosion. Therefore, in the event of a power outage, such as a power outage, all furnace doors should be opened to immediately remove the coal remaining in the heat transfer oil boiler, allowing a large amount of cold air to enter the furnace, thereby quickly reducing the furnace temperature and eliminating heat sources.

   Open the fuel drain valve of the fuel oil boiler at the same time, slowly pour the high-temperature oil into the oil storage tank, let the cold oil in the expansion tank slowly flow into the boiler, and take away the heat in time. The condition unit can be equipped with a dual-channel power supply. For example, a small gasoline generator is installed, and the circuit and the circulating oil pump circuit are switched to each other, thereby preventing the oil temperature from being too high and causing coking after a power failure, resulting in an accident.

   After the fuel of the oil boiler is normally closed, the circulation pump in the oil boiler should continue to run for a period of time, and the bypass should be opened to continue the flow of heat transfer oil in the heat transfer oil to stop the supply and ventilation of the heat transfer oil furnace. When the oil temperature is lower than 100°C, the circulating oil in the heat transfer oil furnace can be stopped.

   Every step of the fuel in the oil-fired boiler requires special attention, such as the dehydration process, because this is very important for the safe and efficient operation of the entire plant. The prerequisite for the dehydration of thermal oil is to ensure that the oil temperature is low during degreasing. This is because when the water in the heat transfer oil is removed, the oil level decreases, and the temperature at this time increases and causes volume expansion. It should be noted that if the heat transfer oil pump changes the sound, we should stop the temperature immediately, but keep the temperature cycle and maintain it for a period of time when the temperature reaches 130°C.
